31 May Newsletter (Sathorn) 31st May 2019
Dear Hampton Families,
How can it possibly be the last day of May? It truly is a mystery how time flies so fast at Hampton! We are in our final days of the 2018/2019 academic year which everyone is surely cherishing!
Our resident detectives cannot be fooled! Mysteries have been solved in rapid pace and force throughout this week!
The Nursery 1 Daisy Class has used their detective kits to help solve their class mysteries; they could be seen inspecting their environment with their binoculars and magnifying glasses.
The Nursery 2 Maple Class did some exploring of their own fingerprints, footprints and handprints; taking notice to the squiggly lines that makes each of their “prints” unique! They were particularly fascinated with the copy of their hands that they made using the offices’ copy machine!
The Kindergarten 1 Palm Class found great joy in decoding secret messages in Maths and Literacy! Using their quick whit and strong determination, each “case” was solved with great pride!
The Kindergarten 2 Oak Class used their sharp eyes and clever minds to “spot the difference”, open secret locks and decode undisclosed messages! It is hard to keep anything hidden from the ever so inquisitive Oaks!
I hope that you enjoyed reading through your child’s Term 2 report. It is astounding to see, so vividly, all the children’s growth each day. We are greatly looking forward to celebrating the completion of the 2018/2019 academic year next week with some fun surprises and our special children-only mystery party! Then the academic year will officially be … “Mission Completed!”
Wishing you a lovely long weekend,
Ms. Erin Burney
Head of School
